According to TMZ, lawyers for the landlord brought up the fact that Tyga had just bought Kylie the flashy Maybach – worth around $200,00 – arguing that the money he spent on the auto amounts to “a fraudulent transfer of assets in the wake of his current financial dispute”. Tyga rented a vacation house in Malibu and was reported to have stopped paying his rent after three months.

Tyga is reportedly vacationing in Turks and Caicos with Kylie right now, in celebration of the reality star’s 19th birthday. When Tyga didn’t show, the judge put out a $10,000 bench warrant for his arrest…and that action led to Kylie allegedly dropping a total of $200,000 in order to keep Tyga free. Tyga fell behind in rent and owes his former landlord $480,000.
Should Tyga fail to appear in court today, a bench warrant may be issued. In total, the landlord is suing Tyga for $480,000.
The court proceedings could pry open the private business affairs of the 26-year-old “Rack City” rapper, who has been romantically linked to the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Kylie Jenner.
Additionally, court papers allege that when the landlord entered the property after Tyga left, there was a considerable amount of damage. However, the suit also alleges that Tyga installed a stripper pole into the master bedroom and disconnected the home’s intercom system.
“I’m not dating Kylie, I just want to get that out the way”, Tyga claimed during a February 2015 interview on Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club.
According to TMZ, the landlord was furious when he learned that Tyga had purchased a Maybach but couldn’t pay off his outstanding debts on the home.
