No Man’s Sky: Should You Buy The Game At Launch Day?
On the PS4, No Man’s Sky appears to run fairly well.

With No Man’s Sky coming out for PS4 in the next few days, the hype has been insane for it. It’s within the same AMA that we learned some rather interesting things that went into the development of Hello Game’s recent video game release.
Or perhaps it might only take you 30 hours of game play to get to the desired centre of the Universe.
Though Hello Games has previously said that – given the sheer size of the universe – it would be extremely rare for players to ever meet in the game, knowing that there are two distinct and separate No Man’s Sky communities does come as a somewhat of a disappointment.
The latest news comes at a crest of pre-release controversy for Hello Games’ highly anticipated sci-fi explorer following a decision by Sony not to release review copies until a pre-released patch is finished, leaving many fans feeling uneasy over the potential quality of the finished product.
“No Man’s Sky”, which was built for the PC or Playstation 4 by videogame maker Hello Games, was released in North America on Tuesday and in Britain on Wednesday. Hello Games previously made Joe Danger, which we know mainly on iOS (it’s in our roundup of the best racing games for iPad and iPhone, incidentally) but actually started out on PlayStation 3. Murray, also the creative director of the title, recently tweeted about the upcoming first big patch for No Man’s Sky.
This information comes to us from Sean Murray, one of the directors of the game.

Original report: Anticipation has been building around the space-exploration video game No Man’s Sky for years. But it seems unlikely that Hello Games would have the resources or inclination to port the game to OS X themselves. The team haven’t got back to us yet, but we’ll post their reply here if and when they do so.
