Skoda Kodiaq SUV teased
The Kodiaq will be Skoda’s first seven-seat SUV and is expected to enter India in 2017. Building up the hype, Skoda has released new teaser shots of the vehicle.

Skoda has designed the Kodiaq to impress with its wide three-dimensional radiator, sleek full-LED headlamps and sharp sculpted design cues.
The rear LED lights shine in the expected Skoda C-shape.
The Kodiaq, according to Skoda will be able to transport items up to 2.9 metres long (which is great, if like me you’re building a retaining wall and need to collect 2.4m long sleepers from the hardware store).
The Kodiaq will offer an exceptional amount of space, in fact with a capacity of 720 litres expanding to to 2,065 litres with the rear seats folded down it will be the largest within its class.
The Skoda Kodiaq will be made available in either 5-seater or 7-seater configuration.
The latest driver assistance systems ensure improved safety and comfort. The Kodiaq comes with surround view cameras that are capable of projecting 180-degree view of the front or rear of the vehicle to help navigate tricky terrain, or park safely. These include a virtual top-down view and 180-degree pictures from the areas to the front and rear.

As the brand’s first large SUV, the Skoda Kodiaq is available with seven seats. There’s even a feature called “Manoeuvre Assist” that will make the auto brake if an obstacle is spotted behind the vehicle while reversing. Petrol units will have a power ranging from 123 BHP to 177 BHP, while the two diesel engines will develop 148 BHP and 187 BHP. For European market, the Kodiaq will be built at the company’s plant in Czech, while for India, it will be assembled at Skoda India’s facility in Aurangabad.
