Ian Somerhalder’s may get away with his diva attitude for now.
Sources have claimed that both Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed have obstructed the return of Nina Dobrev in “The Vampire Diaries Season 8”.
Meanwhile, Celeb Dirty Laundry is reporting that Ian Somerhalder and “The Vampire Diaries” Season 8 showrunner Julie Plec are now not in good terms after the cancelled return of Nina Dobrev to the popular vampire-themed series.
However, it is good to note that it is not up to Ian Somerhalder and his wife Nikki Reed on whether Nina Dobrev would come back.
As fans will recall, Somerhalder and Dobrev dated for a few years during her time on the show.
Is Reed the reason Ian Somerhalder doesn’t want to work with Dobrev again? However, in a party thrown by Julie Plec last week, “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” actress was not seen together with “The Vampire Diaries” Season 8 cast and crew, which partially confirm that she is not coming back anymore.
Of course, rumors of Reed’s jealousy have not been confirmed. Enzo (Michael Malarkey) visited to try and convince Bonnie to stop taking the pills before they killed her.
Following the panel at Comic-Con, Reed joined Somerhalder and the rest of the cast in celebration of Wesley’s 34th birthday. The actress has yet to announce her intentions with the show.
“The Vampire Diaries” is gearing up for its series finale as the upcoming eighth season will be the last installment for The CW show.
Dobrev recorded a voiceover for the Season 7 finale, which marked her first involvement with the franchise since her departure. Everyone knows that Nina Dobrev is Ian Somerhalder’s former girlfriend and knowing that they could be reuniting soon could really make Nikki Reed feel uncomfortable.
“Not to put too much pressure on anything. on Nina Dobrev. but a promise was made”.
Until more information is released, fans will have to wait to find out what happens between Somerhalder and Plec.

Recent reports reveal that there might be deaths in the final season of The Vampire Diaries. The season is scheduled to return to The CW on October 21.
