This is him looking all excited about his new “do” before heading to Rio.
USA swimming champ Ryan Lochte’s hair has been trending on Twitter on Thursday 11 August, after the Rio water reportedly turned it green.
Over the course of four Olympic Games, Ryan Lochte has won 12 medals – six gold, three silver, and three bronze – and will be going for medal number 13 tonight in the 200-meter individual medley.
Lochte’s silver locks haven’t lasted long sadly, as his time in the pool have seen him go from a silver fox to a green giant.
The American gold medal victor posted images of his new green hair on Instagram. “So humbled to be a part of this moment!” Ryan just debuted the racial icy blue color on social media this week.
Phelps’ mother Deborah, his fiancée Nicole Johnson as well as their adorable three-month-old son Boomer have been firm fixtures by the Olympic pool, cheering on the 31-year-old in his fifth and final Olympic Games.
“My grandma at age 95 carrying the #olympictorch at her nursing home”.
Others noted how “cute” his grandmother is and said she looked like a “great torch bearer”.
Lochte – one of America’s leading swimmers – has already won gold in Brazil, in the 4x200m freestyle relay.

But his focus isn’t just on the pool these days – he’s also lavishing attention on a Playboy playmate that he has been dating for months.
