Chinese premier extends condolences over terror attack in Pakistan
In the message, Li said he was shocked by the terrorist attack in southwestern Pakistan’s Quetta City which caused heavy casualties. “The Chinese side strongly condemns this attack”.

In his message to Hussain, Xi Jinping expressed sympathy to the families of those who lost their lives, and to those injured.
The statement added that Beijing opposes all forms of terrorism.
“We will continue to support regional and worldwide efforts to address the scourge of terrorism in all its forms”.
“On behalf of the Chinese Government, I would like to extend deep condolences to the deceased and honest sympathy to the injured and bereaved families”, he said. “Terrorism in any form and from whichever quarter can not be condoned”, he said.
A statement issued by the deputy spokesperson of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, “France condemns the cowardly attack that targeted the Quetta Civil hospital in Baluchistan”. Pakistan has repeatedly fallen victim to terrorist attacks this year.

No one immediately claimed responsibility for the bombing, which comes just four days after a suicide bomber struck a hospital in Quetta, killing 70 people, mostly lawyers.
