Christina Grimmie’s Family Releases First Music Video After Her Passing

The Voice breakout filmed the music video series to go with her four-song EP Side A in February, before setting out on her WildFire tour.

It’s a fairytale come true for fans to see Christina Grimmie singing again two months after her tragic death.

In “Snow White”, we find Grimmie assuming the role of Jessica Blue, who’s stuck in a relationship she’s not entirely happy with and is waiting for her “prince” to come. It was the final music she released before her untimely passing. “Jessica” is at a crossroadds in her life.

The music video, which was directed by King Hollis of Media 13 Studios, is the first of four new clips.

Billboard will be premiering the rest of her videos throughout the month. Each song from Grimmie’s EP “Side A” has an accompanying video.

He continued, “Jessica has an upcoming showcase where she hopes to prove to herself and others that her music is as strong as her desire to be great”.

Grimmie, who was 22 when she died, premiered her four-track “Side A” compilation in February.
