Arsene Wenger admits Paul Pogba’s transfer to Manchester United “ticks all the boxes”, but the Arsenal boss believes English clubs are forced to pay over the odds for players from overseas.

And Mourinho was quick to tell any detractors only a club of United’s size could execute such a deal – which may not have happened had Pogba been keen on a move to Spain.
The 23-year-old finally completed a move back to Old Trafford in the early hours of Tuesday, with Jose Mourinho’s side reportedly paying a world-record fee that could rise to as much as £93million.
“He’s a very young player, an unbelievable midfield player with such physicality but, at the same time, such agility, co-ordination, skill – he has everything”, Mourinho said.
Paul Pogba believes it was his destiny to return for a second spell at Manchester United and says he has unfinished business with the club.
Pogba returns to United four years after he left in the summer of 2012 for £800,000 ($1.1 million). Uefa had released City’s Champions League squad with Stones listed as a defender before the club had announced the transfer.
