Simone Biles Parents: Biological Mom Still An Addict?

The 19-year-old gymnast has gone on record about her adoptive parents, saying she views them as her actual parents. It would break her little heart to think that anyone could possibly not realize that they were sisters. They produced a brief video which dissects the physics of Biles’s Floor Exercise routine – which includes a maneuver called “The Biles” that apparently no one else even attempts.

Simone Biles (USA) of USA trains on the beam. She went to classes at the nearby Bannon’s Gymnastix club and was quickly identified as an incredible talent, although harnessing her boundless energy was a challenge. Their biological mother, who is Ron’s daughter, battled addiction and wasn’t able to take care of the girls. The children jumped between foster homes for six years before finally being adopted.

When Biles was five years old, she was adopted by her biological grandfather, Ron, and his wife, Nellie, because Biles’ biological mother, Shanon, was struggling with drugs and alcohol.

And so, just like that, grandparents Nellie and Ron, near empty-nesters, became “Mom and Dad” to two young toddlers.

Biles’ hometown is Spring, Texas, which is in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.

“I was legally adopted by my maternal grandmother when I was an infant”.

The Associated Press said NBC ordered Trautwig to apologize. Government authorities appear to believe that maltreatment of Black children results from pathologies intrinsic to their homes and that helping them requires dislocating them from their families.

Nellie doesn’t tweet often, but when she does it just shows how deeply she loves and supports Simone. The different countries, cultures, and stories of the athletes are paramount to the magic that keeps viewers and competitors coming back for more. “I went upstairs and tried practicing it in the mirror-‘Mom, Dad, Mom, Dad.’ Then I went downstairs, and she was in the kitchen”. “He could have been more classy about it”, she told TMZ. “He didn’t have to put me under the bus“.

Shannon explained that she’s been sober for a number of years now and maintains a good relationship with her daughter. “That’s what it should be left at – the past”.

I don’t know about you, but I happen to be a huge Olympic gymnastics fan.

Nellie recounted the decision to adopt Simone and her sister to Bleacher Report. @jenunexpected “doesn’t get why this is so hard to understand” and neither do I. But, of course, this wasn’t the end of it. During the commentary, he remarked: “Biles was raised by her grandfather and his wife, and she calls them “Mum and Dad”.

“She said, ‘It’s up to you guys”. He’s made 16 Olympic trips-11 of those with NBC.
