The ‘Fast 8’ Crew Hates Vin Diesel and Loves The Rock

Vin Diesel offered a message from his point of view following Dwayne Johnson’s Facebook message that condemned the behavior of certain male Fast and Furious co-stars.

Johnson was first to publicly drop hints about the feud with a lengthy Instagram rant calling out “some” of his male co-stars.

On his own Instagram page, the rapper/actor posted a “throwback Thursday” image from an earlier film in The Fast and The Furious grouping that obviously took place before Fast Five – because Johnson, who made his franchise entrance in that movie, is glaringly absent from the image. He emphasized he was happy with his female collegues, but hinted that some actors are “Candy asses”.

“So much has gone on this year”, he captioned the clip.

The two stars are said to be butting heads in part because Vin Diesel is a producer of the movie and has been making production decisions that did not sit well with the former wrestling champ Johnson.

Sources from the multi-million pound production told TMZ that Vin was often “30 minutes to an hour late to shoot scenes”, adding that the star’s tardiness was apparently down to him simply remaining in his trailer.

“Vin has a reputation for being hard – he shows up late, keeps people waiting, holds up production and is disrespectful to people on the set”.

“Her new word kind of describes my spirit and my soul, and most people who stay positive”.

As those two castmembers seemingly have aligned themselves with Vin, it seems like the Fast 8 crew were siding with The Rock.

Vin Diesel hasn’t said much on the matter only to post this SUPER ANNOYING video to Instagram yesterday, whereby at the end he says; “I will tell you Everything”. Would one assume that IF he’s going to jump out there and generalize and say “Male Co-Stars” he would be more clear and call out names??? Johnson continues, “the ones that don’t are too chicken s*** to do anything about it anyway”. That means respecting every person, their time and their value when they step onto my set or partner with our production company.

The seasoned actor changed tones and whispered dramatically, “So give me a second and I will tell you everything. And like with any team – that’s a family – there’s gonna be conflict”, he continued. Diesel, on the other hand, well, he’s the guy who thought Fast 7 deserved a Best Picture Oscar, so it’s a little easier to buy him as a me-first guy.
