Clinton Speech to Criticize Trump’s Economic Plan
Her speech Thursday afternoon in Warren is expected to draw heavily on her $125-billion Economic Revitalization Initiative plan, available at her website hillaryclinton.com.

Clinton’s plan includes higher minimum wage, and jobs for youth and entrepreneurs looking to make their mark. And her campaign argues that Clinton supporters should give all the money they can and should make sure to turn out at the polls in order to prevent Trump’s election.
The event is by invitation only.
Her speech focused more on jobs than anything else; she said she will work to get the middle class tax relief, and accused Trump of creating a tax plan that would benefit only himself and the super-rich.
A US Secret Service official confirms to CNN that the USSS has spoken to the Trump campaign regarding his Second Amendment comments.
Clinton will also criticize his plan to overhaul the tax brackets and his proposed rollback on federal regulations involving the coal and oil industries, as well as what she describes as his “pessimistic vision” of the country. “I will bring my tax return, he can bring his tax return, no one is going to arrest us, there are no rules against showing your tax returns, and just let people ask us questions about the items that are one there”. The U.S. economy grew only 1% in the first half of 2016, well below the historic average of over 3%.
Mr. Trump’s economic speech on Monday cast Mrs. Clinton’s policies as exhausted, and he said she would resort to political attacks as a distraction.
The Democratic nominee’s remarks will brand Mr. Trump’s proposal to sharply reduce taxes on so-called pass-through entities, where business income is claimed on individual tax returns, as the “Trump loophole”.
Democrats say Clinton has yet to pull into the lead on the economy in part because of the USA electorate’s distaste for policy details and fine print versus more simple ideas and messages.
“His tax returns are incredibly complicated”, Manafort went on to say.
Democrats said such comments were further evidence that Trump was undisciplined and unprepared for the presidency. “It’s hard to break through with her message because Trump takes up so much of the oxygen”. That would be a disservice to voters, who would not get to hear from several candidates who, although they are long-shots, could conceivably win the presidential race in November.
“We should strengthen those rules so that Wall Street can never wreck Main Street again”, she said.
Margie Omero, a Democratic pollster, said Clinton is making inroads with critical Republican constituencies, including white, college-educated women in the latest round of polling.

Clinton is trying to taking advantage of the turmoil in the Trump campaign, pitching herself to independents and moderate Republicans, and building on her momentum after party conventions. “People who don’t live in those areas still want to see those areas improve”.
