Mickey: Less rain this weekend

Skies will be cloudy with a low around 74. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Then we will see a chance of showers and t-storms through mid-week as temperatures stay slightly warm for this time of year.

Sunday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 87. North winds 5 to 10 miles per hour.

Tuesday – A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a high near 91. Lows 57 to 62.

Saturday: Partly cloudy, hot and humid with the chance for a few afternoon showers/thunderstorms. Lows around 55 inland to around 61 at the shore.

Sunday: Partly sunny with a high near 85. Lows 53 to 58 inland to around 60 at the shore. Otherwise, it will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid-70s. We will still hold on to a 30 percent chance of rain for Saturday, but again most showers and storms will likely develop west of I-65 in the peak heating hours. Lows 58 to 63. East southeast wind 5 to 10 miles per hour. Patchy fog through midnight.

Tuesday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. A chance of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.

Friday: A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 11 a.m. Waves subsiding to calm to 2 feet.

A slight chance of showers. Waves calm to 2 feet. Saturday, north winds 5 to 15 knots backing northwest by mid afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 miles per hour.

It’s hard to keep track of all the different advisories issued by the National Weather Service this weekend for CT.

It’ll be similar on Friday with high humidity, showers and t-storms, highs in the low to mid 90s and “real feel” temps closer to 100 degrees.
