Dwayne Johnson defends rant over Fast and Furious co-stars
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson got uncharacteristically honest on his Facebook recently when he called out certain “unprofessional” male costars on the set of “Fast 8”, now in production, and called the men “candy asses”. They apparently met for lunch on Tuesday (09Aug16) to end the feud.

Vin Diesel has shared a cryptic video with his fans promising to tell them “everything” following his alleged row with Dwayne Johnson. However, he called out his male co-stars.
Johnson wrote that his female co-stars were unbelievable to work with and that it is not hard to work with them. “Tension has been building up for months”, a source close to the production tells.
It seemed to have started when Diesel got frustrated over Johnson’s behavior on set. “Vin has been having problems with The Rock because The Rock keeps showing up late for production”, the source explains.
In his original post, Dwayne revealed his “blood is legit boiling” due to the behaviour of some of his male co-stars.
“Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t”, Johnson wrote. “Sometimes he doesn’t show up at all and he’s delaying the production”.
“The ones that don’t are too chicken s**t to do anything about it anyway”, he continued.
There have also been reports of diva behavior on Diesel’s part, especially during the filming of Fast 7.
Meanwhile, Fast 8 star Tyrese Gibson responded to Johnson’s rant in his own Instagram post, insisting that he had no issue with the former wrestler.
“The next day, they waited four hours for him”. Another source said that Diesel “was constantly late [when we worked together]”.
The crew source also slammed the actor’s “out of control arrogance”, which was triggered by his producer title, and accused him of refusing to listen to anyone and goading castmates, including The Rock, by criticising their acting.

Diesel has yet to respond directly to Johnson’s comments, but he did post an Instagram video on Wednesday addressing his fans.
