A source told Hollywood Life that it was Affleck who asked Ouzounian to fly with him back to L.A. and “convinced” her to go to Las Vegas and that they “picked up” Brady along the way. According to one source, the two stopped on the way to pick up Gisele Bundchen’s husband in Affleck’s hometown of Boston. There were many other people on the plane, including other assistants and staff working for Ben who were helping with the event, and many of these also tried on Tom’s Super Bowl rings and took photos.
