The 100 fly and, presumably, the medley relay are yet to come.
The first Games of the Modern Olympics produced the fewest golds (11) while the Soviet-boycotted 1984 Los Angeles Olympics generated the most (83). Shi Jinglin claimed bronze for China.
Biles, 19, and US teammate Aly Raisman won the gold and silver, respectively, in the women’s all-around final over Russia’s bronze victor Aliya Mustafina.
