The Rams will face the Dallas Cowboys in their first preseason game back in LA. The drive stalled after an incomplete second down pass to wide receiver Pharoh Cooper, followed by a sack on third down.
Case Keenum started and played three series before he was taken out of the game.

“I just felt like the atmosphere was insane, ” running back Benny Cunningham said. It’s a preseason game but they’re going to be excited they have their team back, so I think it’s going to be a great atmosphere. The Rams will play here while their permanent home is built in nearby Inglewood.

Quarterbacks Dak Prescott and Jameill Showers will likely get all the reps for the Cowboys on Saturday. It’s unlikely that either player will light the world on fire tonight, but some players rise to the top when their number is called.
