Virginia Poll: Hillary Clinton Ahead of Donald Trump By 13 Points
Democrat Hillary Clinton leads Republican Donald Trump in some of the most diverse battleground states – including by double digits in two of them – according to four brand-new NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Marist polls.

And Clinton now has a dominant nine-point lead in New Hampshire, 45 percent to 36 percent, a lead that has her threatening to take that battleground state off the board entirely, just as last week, a double-digit lead in Virginia made that state look like anything but a toss-up.
Finally, President Obama’s job-approval rating among registered voters stands at 53 percent in Colorado, 49 percent in Florida, 50 percent in North Carolina and 52 percent in Virginia.
In Virginia, the former secretary of state leads the real estate magnate by 46 per cent to 33 per cent, widening her 9 point pre-convention lead. Mr. Obama won the swing state in both 2008 and 2012.
In Florida, Trump has an enormous edge on the ability to bring change (66 percent say he can, versus 37 percent who say that of Clinton) and Trump leads Clinton on ability to “fix the economy” – though voters have doubts about both in this regard.
Trump has trailed badly in recent polls of Pennsylvania, a traditionally Democratic-leaning state he declared he must win in order to win the race during a campaign stop there on Friday, and is also behind in OH, another key swing state.
The Democrat is up by five points in Florida, another state Trump needs to win to have a shot at the White House.
NBC News noted that the margins in the four states remain essentially the same when the race is expanded to include Libertarian Gary Johnson and the Green Party’s Jill Stein.
In North Carolina’s gubernatorial race, incumbent Republican Gov. Richard Burr is trailing Democratic challenger Deborah Ross by 2 percentage points.

Meanwhile, Colorado Democratic Sen. The poll also included 921 registered voters in North Carolina where the margin of error was plus or minus 3.2 points. Pat McCrory. In that race, Cooper is leading 51 percent to 44 percent, with 5 percent undecided, the poll showed.
