The accident took place at around 10:30 p.m., with attendee Christine Kinne capturing the terrifying incident that is obviously not for the faint of hearts.
The railing separated fans from a sloping lawn near the concert area.
When the railing fell over, a mass of people can be seen tumbling over each other and onto the concrete in front of them.
Rhonda Wexler, a Cooper University Hospital spokeswoman, said that the hospital received 20 patients with minor injuries, who were all treated and released. Authorities say multiple people have been hurt after the railing collapsed during the concert.
But it is now being widely reported that as many as 42 were taken to nearby hospitals.
Caution tape was placed across a gap in railing, where the barrier collapsed during a Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa concert Friday night. Their condition is unknown at present.
Shortly after the incident occurred, fans were told to wait around as they expected the concert to resume.
An emergency area was reportedly set up near to the venue’s vehicle park where injured people were seen on a stretchers and in cots. Organizers later chose to cancel the remainder of the show and clear the pavilion.

Initial reports indicated the force of the crowd caused the railing to collapse, but Live Nation said it’s working to determine the exact cause. It has undergone several name changes, though, as sponsors have gone out of business or were acquired by other companies.
