The Fareses, both dentists at Farese Family Dental in Oxford, had left Wednesday for Florida.
A plane headed for Oxford, Mississippi, from Florida crashed in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, Sunday, killing six people. “Nothing can prepare anyone for such a tragic loss; our thoughts and prayers are with the children and the families left behind following this tragic accident”.
Austin and Angie Poole leave behind five children.
Instead, the plane crashed in a wooded area.
The names of the victims haven’t been released by authorities. “She wanted me to be comfortable”, said Natascha Burner, a patient of Dr. Farese.
“I don’t quite know what’s on this airplane, but we’re going to be looking through it when we search the wreckage today and tomorrow”, Kenmer said.
The FAA is helping the National Transportation Safety Board with this investigation, in order to find out more on how and why this crash happened. He had five dental practices located in Memphis, Collierville, Bartlett, Oxford and Southaven.
“Right now we’re documenting the scene, examining the aircraft, looking at the radar information, and listening to eyewitness statements”, Holloway said.
Farese says the couple’s three children were not aboard the flight and were staying with friends. He said that he and his wife, Deborah, were praying “for the loved and lost, their families and friends”.
“They did everything they could”, he said.
“Unfortunately, it didn’t make it to the runway”, he said. “Very, very sad unfortunate situation”, Abernathy said.
