Palmer said she has been in touch with Easton and Weston police and has done outreach with school staff to ask if anyone has any relevant information about the couple.

Jeanette Navin and her husband Jeffrey of Easton have been missing… She has been a paraprofessional in the library at the Weston Intermediate School since 2005, Brey said.

Superintendent Dr. Colleen Palmer described Navin as a “beloved employee” who has worked with the school system for 18 years. The home was in Jeannette Navin’s name only, and was sold on June 1.

The Easton Police Department is working with State Police to find out more about when the vandalism happened and are also looking for any leads that may come from the auto, he said.

Police said they’ve already combed through the town of Easton and interviewed several family members and friends and that they are being cooperative.

Jeffrey Navin, 56, and his wife, Jeannette, 55, were last seen a week ago Tuesday in Easton, CBS2 reported.

A couple who recently moved to Easton was reported missing earlier this month and now their family is hoping the public can help find them.

Anyone with information that could help the police should call 203-268-4111.

On Sunday, Easton police found their vehicle in a Westport commuter lot off of Exit 42 on the Merritt Parkway.
