Meryl Streep Thinks Amy Schumer Should Play Her in a Biopic
It seems like Meryl Streep has given some thought about who would play her in a biopic. Luckily for Ms. Schumer, the beloved star immediately responded with the Trainwreck star as her first choice.

But Oscar victor Meryl’s response when asked for a name was very clear and to the point: ‘Amy Schumer, of course’.
Streep can now be seen in biopic “Florence Foster Jenkins”.
Since the interview was only five minutes long, Streep couldn’t take too much time to think it over.
She took to Twitter and wrote “holy s**t” as her response. Its impressive box office performance cemented Schumer as a bankable star on the big screen.
Meanwhile Schumer is now in Edinburgh performing as part of the Fringe ahead of the release of The Girl With The Lower Back Tattoo, her new book.
But before Hollywood memorializes her, Streep is nowhere near done adding accolades to her biopic worthy resume right now, as her most recent raves and Oscar buzz for Florence Foster Jenkins show.

Schumer ended up snapping a photo with the two stars that evening.
