The Raiders’ defensive improvement should be mirrored by another year of chemistry and development from Carr and No. 1 receiver Amari Cooper, last year’s No. 4 overall pick. Carr is a leader, who is also smart, tough, accurate and understands the game, head coach Jack Del Rio said. With the holes they were creating, I could gain four to five yards per carry. The Raiders also have steady veterans Seth McRoberts and Andre Holmes (third and fourth in receiving touchdowns a year ago with nine combined), so it’s possible a number of Del Rio’s cuts come at the expense of young wide outs. It was nice to get a series in and, as the preseason goes on, we’re going to play more and more. If we had to guess, it’s only a matter of time before Hulu has a live stream option, it doesn’t seem likely that Netflix is in a hurry to make the jump.
