CBSE NEET Phase 2 Results 2016: To be declared tomorrow at aipmt
For students waiting for NEET – Phase and Phase II results, the wait has finally come to an end as CBSE has announced the combined results of National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test. Others in the top ten are Ekansh Goyal (682 marks), Nikhil Bajiya (678), Ashank Khaitan (677), Arushi (676), Dyuti Shah (675), Japnoor Kaur (672), Dhritiman Chatterjee (671), Amit Kumar (669) and Utkarsh Anand (668).

The result was due to be released on August 17 but the Board released the result today. Candidates will also be able to access their NEET 2016 digital rank letters in DigiLocker for those who have qualified under 15% All India quota seats. This year AIPMT was conducted on 01 May 2016 and NEET Phase 2 conducted on 24 July 2016. The judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Ordinances is uploaded on NEET website.
The CBSE has already released the answer keys of the exam.
NEET (UG), 2016 was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
Of the 7.1 lakhs students who appeared, 4.09 lakh students qualified in the test.

In 2013, the Supreme Court said the MCI and the Dental Council of India lacked legal authority to control admissions to MBBS, BDS and post-graduate courses. Many states conduct their own entrance examinations for the admission into state universities. Candidates are advised to be in touch with the respective Counselling Authorities and Institutions concerned for further details, it added.
