“This morning it has really kicked in, she has lot her voice nearly completely”, he wrote. Seems she picked up a nasty virus here and has caused respiratory complications. Doctors have not figured out exactly what triggered her illness, but have prescribed antibiotics and other medication in the meantime. So I can’t be angry.

In a separate text Monday morning, Rick Suhr – a former Spencerport wrestler – reaffirmed that Jenn Suhr plans to compete in Tuesday’s qualifying, “If we have to crawl down the runway!”

Jenn, 34, apparently could not talk above a whisper Monday, according to The Buffalo News. The final will be held on Friday, leaving her three days to recover after Tuesday’s qualifications.

Suhr also battles Celiac Disease which was diagnosed in 2011.
