Depp strenuously denies all of the abuse allegations against him and claims Heard has filed for a restraining order to “secure a premature financial resolution”. She dismissed the case with prejudice, meaning she can never re-file it. The infamous dog-smuggling incident was a part of this trip, for which the couple were forced to apologize in the most weird form.

Reps for Depp and Heard could not be immediately reached for comment. Mirror reported that Heard is willing to a settlement of $8 million plus lawyers’ fees if Depp will admit that he abused her.
“Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love”, the statement said, adding that Heard would be donating any proceeds from the settlement to charity.
The statement, obtained by TMZ, also reads: “Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains”. There was never intent of physical or emotional harm. “It was not what I wanted and I am doing what I can to force the media to take it off the internet”, Heard said in a statement.
News of their settlement comes just one day after new evidence surfaced in the case.
According to TMZ, Depp accidentally cut off his fingertip in a fit of rage then dipped the stump in dark blue paint and wrote on the wall in paint and blood the name “Billy Bob” and “Easy Amber”.
The pair were caught up in controversy a year ago after Heard illegally smuggled Depp’s pet dogs, Boo and Pistol, into Australia while he was filming the next Pirates Of The Caribbean movie.

Over the past few months, the couple have been embroiled in a nasty divorce battle. On Aug. 12, a clip hit the web of Depp shouting at his wife while sipping red wine. “I’ll give you fucking insane”. News, Heard was happy to settle “because she wanted everything to be over”.
The “Danish Girl” actress says that Depp has accused her of cheating with Thornton, among other men. She responded, telling E!

In court documents, Heard said she originally asked for spousal support because it is “standard operating procedure”, especially when “there is a great disparity between the relative incomes of the parties”.
