Duo, which is available for both Android and iOS, offers one-to-one video calling without numerous bells and whistles known from other apps: There are no stickers or birthday hats, there’s no group video chat and no way to send text messages to other participants.

Duo was one of two new messaging services announced earlier this year at Google’s developer conference. These have many users excited.
Google records every voice search that someone makes and keeps a running record of every search in its apps like Maps, YouTube, and Search. It has a redesigned new icon and it’s available now on the Google Play Store.

Duo is however lean on features, since it can not do group calling, video effects or text chat.
After each call, Duo creates a shortcut to easily start a call with that person in the future. There’s a button to start a call and another that shows your most recently called contact. Rather than just showing the callers picture.
