Rubio, like other Republican senators running for re-election this year, has struggled with how to handle having Trump atop the ticket, particularly given the harsh attacks the two traded when Rubio was running for the GOP nomination.
In an interview on Fox News Channel, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker accused Clinton of “inflaming the situation” with her comments.
“I’m here with my liberal daughter so she can maybe pick something up today and change her way of thinking”, Hamlin said.
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton addresses a town hall with about 100 millennials who are digital content creators and social media influencers, June 28, 2016, at Neuehouse in Hollywood, California.
“I think people understand in that neighborhood and Sherman Park and in Milwaukee, they want law enforcement to step up and protect them”, he said, adding that “statements like that” from Clinton and a “lack of leadership” from President Barack Obama “only inflame the situation”.
A string of fatal police shootings have sparked demonstrations across the US. Walker declared a state of emergency on Sunday after the weekend violence.
On Tuesday, Trump seized on the riots, accusing Clinton of sympathizing with protesters, who have complained of systemic racism and inequality at the hands of police.
Among likely voters, Clinton led Trump by 51 percent to 43 percent head-to-head. Former Governor (and presidential hopeful) Rick Perry infamously suggested at a Tea Party rally in 2009 that Texas could leave the Union if it wanted to. Trump’s campaign chief Paul Manafort, the Times reported, received $12.7 million in undisclosed cash payments from the ruling party during former President Viktor F. Yanukovych’s tenure.
“Who can have a problem with that?” During the presidential primary, Rubio called Trump a “con man” and said he can’t be trusted with the nuclear codes.
Trump spokeswoman Hope Hicks confirms that the campaign will be hitting the airwaves in Florida, Ohio, North Carolina and Pennsylvania – all key states that Trump is hoping to win in November.
The Monmouth University poll gave Clinton a 48 percent to 39 percent advantage over Trump among likely voters in the Sunshine State.

Clinton, Manafort said, “has spent all of this money and it hasn’t gotten her anything”.
