Really though, could life get any better for Olympian Simone Biles?
It was Biles’ consistency day in and day out that stood out.
Tuesday was the final day of artistic gymnastics competition. The No. 1-seeded women’s team, Talita and Larissa, was ousted in straight sets. I just laid on my bed.

A sultry floor routine full of hip-swinging moves to samba music had the Brazilian spectators on their feet as Biles flew high into the air to execute her trademark element, a soaring double layout with half-twist at the end. The bronze medal went to the sixteen-year-old British gymnast Amy Tinkler.
“Your first Olympics you walk away with five medals, that’s not tough at all”, Biles said.
They are the power couple of Track and Field: Defending decathlon gold medalist Ashton Eaton from Bend, Ore., and his wife Brianne Theiesen-Eaton, who just won bronze in the Heptathlon for Canada.
Chicago Sky rookie Imani Boyette is teaming up with YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, Sam’s Club and other local organizations to host “Boyette’s Back-to-School Bash”.
Teammate Michael Hixon finished 10th to give the Americans two in the top ten for springboard for the first time since 2000.

“I used to look up to her, I remember in 2012 watching her and I was just like, I want to be just like her”, Biles said of Raisman. “So I think that was my face of shock” after his clean entry in the water.
