Trump campaign announces leadership shake-up
Donald Trump restructured his campaign leadership Tuesday in a desperate attempt to turn around his flagging presidential bid. “This is insane. The RNC should cut off funds and ties before it becomes a Trump-Breitbart conspiracy”.

There is no question that since the conventions, Trump has been plummeting in the polls.
Trump’s people rejected this notion in the statement: “These announcements come at a time of significant growth for Mr Trump’s campaign, with the first major TV ad buy of the general election slated to start later this week and with additional top-flight operatives joining the movement on a near-daily basis”, the campaign commented.
The good news is that Trump seems determined to fight through the campaign on his terms.
And the decision also follows a slew of self-inflicted wounds since the Democratic National Convention wrapped, with Trump exchanging barbs with the parents of a slain U.S. soldier, reigniting intra-party tensions by initially declining to endorse House Speaker Paul Ryan in his reelection bid and ultimately suggesting that “Second Amendment people” could act to keep Clinton from appointing liberal Supreme Court justices should she become president.
She and Bannon “have been added to what I would call the “core four” of that senior team and we’re going to divide responsibilities according to our best and highest uses”, Conway said.
The hiring of Bannon ― a brash former Goldman Sachs banker with no experience running a political campaign ― was widely seen Wednesday as a sign that Trump intends to embrace the pugilistic, divisive style of campaigning that he believes won him the GOP nomination.
People briefed on the move said it reflected Trump’s realization that his campaign was at a crisis point.
The appointments amounted to a demotion for Paul Manafort, who was brought on as campaign manager earlier this year to professionalise Mr Trump’s campaign, but has struggled to get the NY businessman to rein in his freewheeling ways.
Conway said that Trump has a history of beating expectations and can’t be counted out.
Lewandowski, now a paid CNN commentator, has denied that was the case, and he and Trump still speak frequently, with the candidate seeking his advice. Calling them “ridiculous”, Trump Jr. insisted that he “can’t even watch it anymore”.
Donald Trump is expressing distrust of US intelligence as he prepares to get his first intelligence briefing Wednesday. Instead, they underscored the GOP presidential nominee’s desire to double down a media-first strategy, which brought him success in the primary, argued Phillip Stutts, a Florida-based Republican digital consultant.
Fired campaign manager Corey Lewandowski notoriously implemented the “let Trump be Trump” policy during the primaries when Trump was far ahead of his Republican rivals in the polls.
Manafort retains his title, but two conservative strategists are being installed in top spots.
“And I think it’s fair to say that Donald Trump has shown us who he is”.
“Everybody talks about, “Oh well, you’re gonna pivot”. Earlier this cycle, she served as president of a SuperPac, Keep the Promise I, that helped Sen. He insists the reality is otherwise.
“There are just 83 days left in this election”.
Their evidence? Trump’s appointment of Stephen Bannon, the executive chairman of the conservative website Breitbart News, as his campaign’s new CEO.
“I’ve known both of them for a long time”.
Trump’s campaign overhaul comes as he tries to stem the tide of statewide and national polls that have shown Clinton with leads in many battleground states.

Meadows said that Trump shouldn’t be thinking about making the Republican establishment happy as he works to win the White House.
