Blake Lively Reveals What She Ate for Her Latest Bikini-Clad Role

‘But once you remove soy you realise you are eating just like no processed foods. “Like, everything you eat, there’s soy in it. Like, I was eating rice and sushi”. She explained that there’s soy in pretty much everything and it can even be found in all the organic foods within a grocery store like Whole Foods. In addition to a rigorous exercise plan, Lively swore off gluten and soy.

But, boy, did she, and – even better – the mom wasn’t really making too many sacrifices or going hungry to achieve her killer look.

On second thought, perhaps Blake Lively is down with entering the post-baby body weight loss game after all. I mean, you gave birth to a human being! “I would really like to see that celebrated”.

The 28-year-old actress has shared how she basically worked out for 13 hours a day to get in shape for the role just eight months after giving birth to her daughter, and now she’s offering up a few more details about the process.

Fresh muffins on-set, however, were completely out of the question!

“That was the hardest part”, stated the actress. “They smelled so good!” “I’ve never been in that good of shape in my whole life so to do it [get that bikini body] after having a kid was actually really nice”, she told the Kyle & Jackie O show yesterday morning.

Despite the removal of gluten and soy, the diet still allowed her to indulge once in a while. “You don’t have to be Victoria’s Secret-ready right away”.
