Donald Trump Proposes Stringent Immigration Test in Monday Speech
He said he would temporarily suspend immigration from “the most unsafe and volatile regions of the world” and judge allies exclusively on their participation in America’s mission to root out Islamic terrorism.

“In the Cold War, we had an ideological screening test”, Trump told an energized crowd.
“As president, I will call for an global conference focused on this goal”, he said.
But Vice President Joe Biden, who on Monday hit the 2016 campaign trail with Clinton for the first time, trashed Trump as unqualified for the White House and accused him of endangering the lives of USA troops.
The Clinton aide said: ‘And what’s become clear from this is no matter how much the establishment wants to clean Donald Trump up, get him on a teleprompter and get him on message he has officially won the fight to “let Trump be Trump”. Since my comments, they have changed their policy and now have a new division focused on terror threats, very good.
“To put these new procedures in place, we will have to temporarily suspend immigration from some of the most risky and volatile regions of the world”, Trump said, adding that if he becomes president, the State Department and Department of Homeland Security will curate the list of regions where the policy would apply.
All of this is meant to shed light on Trump’s proposed ban on Muslims entering the United States, unveiled in December. Once again, he did not name those countries. “I said don’t go in, OK, to Iraq”, Trump said, citing his frequent and false claim that he always opposed the Iraq War.
Campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who formally took over the reins following the departure of Corey Lewandowski in June, will maintain his current title, Trump said.
“I also believe we could find common ground with Russian Federation when it comes to fighting ISIS”.
Trump proposed temporarily suspending immigration “from some of the most risky and volatile regions of the world that have a history of exporting terrorism”. “As she threw the Middle East into violent turmoil, things turned out really to be not so hot”.
He laid out a broad, non-specific plan for destroying ISIS, including joint and coalition military operations, cutting off funding, and shutting off access to the Internet.
“The rise of ISIS is the direct result of policy decisions made by President Obama and Secretary Clinton”, Trump said, using an acronym for the group.
Immigration officials could certainly ask questions relevant to the dramatic differences between American society and the so-called Islamic State militant group.
The ads will air in Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Nevada and North Carolina – all key battleground states where Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton has taken leads or grown her leads in recent polls. Members of ISIS or any other extremist group would likely be trained to say the right things to avoid suspicion, and as long as they gave the answers US officials wanted to hear and passed background checks, what else is there to stop them? A longtime Republican strategist and pollster, she has close ties to Trump’s running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence. “Don’t let somebody else get it.'” It would have required US troops to protect the oil, he said, but the benefit would have been clear today.

“We reject the bigotry of Hillary Clinton, which panders to and talks down to communities of color and sees them only as votes – that’s all they care about”, the GOP nominee said in remarks delivered not far from Milwaukee – the latest city to be rocked by violence in the wake of a police shooting.
