India, Pakistan should start talks on Kashmir
The PPP chairman said that his party, along with all the democratic forces of Pakistan, had condemned the outrageous remarks of the Indian PM and asked him to allow the right to self-determination to the people of Kashmir under the United Nations aegis instead of dilly dallying and prolonging the issue.

In thanking an Indian Prime Minister, “they have thanked the whole population of my country”, he said.
It is to be noted that PM Modi made no indication that India would adopt an interventionist policy by actively inciting insurgency on a sovereign nation’s soil.
After its initial unqualified endorsement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s idea of India raising human rights violations in Balochistan to counter Pakistan’s constant raising of the Kashmir issue, the Congress has officially been at pains to nuance its approval.
Becoming the first Indian PM on Independence Day to bring up the areas within Pakistan in unrest, Modi said in reference to an Indian connection with Balochistan “I want to heartily thank the people of Balochistan, people of Gilgit, people of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir for having an expression of thankfulness”.
What lies ahead for India is a very tricky path with Pakistan.
16 de agosto de 2016, 08:30New Delhi, Aug 16 (Prensa Latina) Despite calls for dialogue by the Indian government, the strike declared by separatist sectors came today at its 39th day in Jammu and Kashmir state, where four people were killed during a violent protest. But the government’s talk of Balochistan now rings hollow when it can’t sort out Kashmir.
The head of communication department of Congress, Randeep Surjewala said that All such issues of humar rights violation in PoK need to be raised and need to be solved out.
In a tit-for-tat escalation in the war of words between the nuclear-armed neighbours, Modi said he had received messages of support from leaders in restive regions of Pakistan, in particular the troubled southwestern province of Baluchistan. He also termed Modi a “war-mongering Prime Minister”.
He said all the political parties in the country have time and again assured the government of their support in curbing cross border terrorism.
Hitting out at the Narendra Modi government for its “inconsistent” foreign policy, the Congress party on Wednesday said the government must refrain from knee-jerk reactions vis-a-vis Pakistan.
