‘Vote for Trump’ chants greet Biden in Serbia

U.S. vice president Joe Biden has been greeted by a rally of hundreds of Donald Trump supporters during a visit to Serbia.

Clinton, he said, “has forgotten more about foreign policy than Trump and his entire team – I’m not exaggerating – will ever understand”. But he declined to say which regions of the world would race “extreme” vetting and how federal agencies would go about conducting the review.

And as he joined Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail Monday for the first time this year, he shirked a conventional political argument on her behalf in favor of an emotional pitch aimed at working-class voters: “She gets it”. He called the Democratic nominee “tested”, adding that she was a part of discussions as head of the State Department that ultimately ended with American foes being sent “to the depths of Hell”. “He’s even showered praise on Saddam Hussein, one of the vilest dictators of the 20th century, a man who repeatedly backed terror attacks against Israel because he was supposedly the reason he admires him – he was a killer of terrorists, that’s why he liked Saddam”.

BIDEN: No major party nominee in the history of the United States of America, has – now don’t cheer or – just listen – has known less or have been less prepared to deal with our national security than Donald Trump.

Clinton took to the stage first and told the crowd when Biden chose to join her on the campaign trail, the first stop on tour was a “no-brainer” because they wanted to come home.

On Tuesday, Trump seized on the riots, accusing Clinton of sympathizing with protesters, who have complained of systemic racism and inequality at the hands of police.

Trump, he alleged, is already making the country less safe.

“The Democratic Party has failed and betrayed the African American community”, he said. Paul Manafort, Trump’s controversial campaign chairman, will retain his title, but it is unclear if his role will change. He has accused Mexico of sending rapists across the border, has feuded with the Muslim-American parents of an Army captain killed in Iraq and has proposed to suspend immigration by Muslims.

Donald Trump is seen through a teleprompter as he holds a campaign event at the Kilcawley Center at Youngstown State University on August 15, 2016 in Youngstown, Ohio.

“Who can have a problem with that?” If you’re anxious about your job, then there’s only one person in this election who will possibly help you and that is Hillary Clinton.

While polls have shown Clinton building a lead following the Philadelphia convention, Democrats are fearful that a depressed voter turnout might diminish support among the minority, young and female voters who powered Obama to two victories.

The campaign shakeup, first reported by the Wall Street Journal, comes as polls show Trump trailing Clinton nationally and in key battleground states following a hard campaign stretch that saw him insulting the Muslim parents of a soldier who died in Iraq and temporarily refraining from endorsing House Speaker Paul Ryan in his primary race.
