It was only a matter of time, but trash-talking has begun for the upcoming Conor McGregor–Nate Diaz fight at UFC 202. Conor McGregor showed up about 30 minutes late Wednesday to his news conference with Nate Diaz to promote Saturday night’s main event at T-Mobile Arena.

McGregor then reacted by launched multiple bottles and Monster Energy cans back at Diaz and his camp who returned fire until they were removed from the theater.

In the end, UFC president Dana White had to apologise to the gathered press for the abrupt end to proceedings. “I’m out of here”. “He’s durable, he was experienced (and) he weathered the storm”, he said during the media day for UFC 202.
The fight is a re-match from UFC 196 last March after Diaz stunned the world with a victory over McGregor.
