Jeremy Corbyn has won local party nominations by a landslide in the Labour leadership contest, with 84% of constituency nominations at the final count.

She added: “I don’t feel welcome by huge swathes of now the Labour Party”.
Speaking at a rally in Islington on Monday night, Mr Corbyn said Labour lost the general election because it had not challenged austerity and the “rolling back of the state”.
“In the past year since Jeremy Corbyn received his last overwhelming mandate to lead the party, in which he received 60% of the vote, we have seen a threefold increase in Labour Party membership within Sefton Central”.
Mr Watson told the Express & Star: “These aren’t great times for the Labour Party, to have a second leadership election in a year is very de-stabilising, you can see that and I can’t deny that”.
Corbyn in June appeared to have made a comparison between Israel and ISIS stating: “Our Jewish friends are no more responsible for the actions of Israel than our Muslim friends are for the self-styled Islamic State”.
Bragg, who expressed his fury at the refusal of Labour’s governing body to allow 130,000 new members to vote in the upcoming leadership contest, suggested Labour must talk more about progressive ideas such as federalism.
Mr Corbyn also backed new members who used to support other parties.
According to its website, the JLM is a “formal affiliate of the Labour Party in the UK since 1920”, which “campaigns within the party and the wider community to support Labour values within the UK, Israel and internationally”.

Swansea East AM Mike Hedges said former councillors were being displaced by political advisors and lobbyists. She beats both Mr Corbyn and Mr Smith by a factor of around three to one. He said the whole experience was a good case for public ownership.
Greenwood has previously criticised Corbyn’s handling of transport policy, saying in a speech weeks after resigning that, in January, the Labour leader had scuppered a long-planned coordinated attack on the Tories for rail fare rises.
