Donald Trump’s new campaign manager Kellyanne Conway outlined Thursday her vision of the campaign’s strategy for the final stretch of the presidential race, vowing to “sharpen the message” and “win the argument every day” while preserving the GOP nominee’s “authenticity that you simply can’t buy”.

In an op ed for Daily Wire, Shapiro responded to Trump’s appointment of Bannon by stating: “The new team at Trump headquarters will undoubtedly include all the Breitbart staffers who openly lusted after power within the Trump campaign”.

“It might give them more incentive to make a decision one way or the other”, Dent, co-chairman of a group of about three dozen House centrists, said in a telephone interview.
The addition of Conway and Bannon also comes around the time that previous work by Trump’s campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, has been called into question. And, while the real estate mogul recently changed his tone and finally endorsed Ryan and McCain, many were under the impression that the move was an attempt to unify the party.
Trump’s campaign is also likely to look more extreme, which can not help the flailing candidate in the suburban, highly educated precincts in states such as Pennsylvania, Virginia, Colorado and North Carolina where he is hemorrhaging more upscale Republican votes.
Trump has fallen behind Democratic rival Hillary Clinton in opinion polls nationally and in vital swing states, raising the prospect of a wipeout in the November 8 election that could hurt Republicans in congressional and state races.

Speaking about 40 miles from Milwaukee, a city racked in recent days by violent protests following the police shooting of an armed African-American man, Trump said Tuesday night that “law and order must be restored”, and “it must be restored for the sake of all, but most especially the sake of those living in the affected communities”.
She described herself, Bannon, Manafort and his deputy Rick Gates, who has been traveling often with Trump and is expected to retain a senior role, as the “core four”. They were leaning into what Trump said when he talked about making America great again, getting jobs back and stopping immigration.
“He gets the need to personalize and humanize what Trump wants to do”, Appell said.
At the same time, Clinton backers say Trump’s shakeup could expand her options to go on the offense.

“I think it helps us to be a little bit behind, and we are”, she said, acknowledging poll numbers that put Trump an average of 7 points behind Democrat Hillary Clinton.
