Miller was one of over a dozen people named in a federal drug trafficking indictment in April, and was considered a fugitive.

Miller’s attorney, James Cipoletta, said his client plans to plead not guilty to the heroin charges.
Police said they surrounded a South Yarmouth home where investigators believed Miller was staying.
Shaun Miller, of Hyannis, was arraigned Friday in U.S. District Court in Boston.
Upon further investigation, police determined that the “elderly man” was in fact Miller, and pulled off his disguise, which included a bald pate with age spots and white facial hair.
Officers ordered Miller to walk out and he did – disguised as an old man.
Two loaded weapons and almost $30,000 in cash were also found in the residence, prosecutors added.

Miller, in disguise, then exited the home, according to authorities. Police said the gang ran a large heroin distribution ring on the Cape.
