Now we have had another big transfer confirmed today, Christian Benteke to Crystal Palace is finally completed for a fee of £32m from Liverpool FC.

The clubs have settled on a fee of £27 million (S$47.6 million) plus £5 million in add-ons for the Belgian, who signed for Liverpool for about £32.5 million in July past year.
Ornstein adds that Benteke is on his way to south London to undergo a medical and agree personal terms on the move. “We’ve agreed everything with Liverpool”, Pardew said.
Meanwhile, Pardew felt there was no chance of preventing winger Bolasie from moving to Everton.
They then made a bad start to the new campaign in losing 1-0 at home to West Bromwich Albion. For us, we need to get him back to doing what he does best.
The France global, who worked under Pardew at Newcastle, is available for £9m or for a 12-month loan and a fee of £3m. Yohan Cabaye, James McArthur, James Tomkins and Jordon Mutch have since recovered their match fitness, and are likely to feature among changes.
“(Spurs have) an energy in their squad”, said Pardew.
Palace sold Bolasie to Everton for £25m and Jedinak to Villa for £4m, both of which have helped fund the signing of their new striker. A year or so on, it appears that Liverpool can move on under a superior manager without making a significant loss on a good player and professional who wasn’t what the club needed in attack. It’s hard for the fans: they buy the shirt, they love the players. Pardew insists the club did everything they could to hold onto the 27-year-old but it the end, felt they had to respect the player’s decision.

Thus Remy is ready to look for a team with more regular playing time on the horizon, and Crystal Palace have emerged as interest to sign the versatile forward.
