“I’m not on Facebook so I don’t read his insane rants – he gets something from going after people and making them mad that is not representative of me at all”. Like, he just gets something from going after people, making them mad. “That is not representative of me at all”, the 35-year-old comedian – who was a victim of domestic abuse herself – told Rose.

After writing tweets voicing her disapproval of Kurt’s words, she wrote, “I didn’t fire Kurt. And it’s been really upsetting to me seeing someone that I care about hurt themselves like this”. “They want to burn him at the stake”. “There are no writers”.

Metzger, who has written for “Inside Amy Schumer”, has been embroiled in an online battle regarding comments he’s made about women and sexual assault. Glaser was allegedly banned from the Upright Citizens’ Brigade over the allegations. In a since-deleted post, Metzger wrote the accused man was “so (expletive) risky that we can’t go to the police to report his many rapes!” “We butt heads, we get in fights because he infuriates us”. “We don’t want it to just be one-sided”. Rose interjected asking Schumenr “you mean a smart understanding of what rape has become”, to which Schumer responded affirmatively.

“So let’s all get on the same page so it happens less”.

Questions about the future of Schumer’s television series arose late Wednesday when she tweeted, “we aren’t making the show anymore”.

“I think Amy’s immediately viable movie career is something that she’s going to be pretty focused on going forward”. “There aren’t any writers for the show”.

“And so right now there’s no plans for the TV show to come back any time in the near future, so nobody’s on my staff”.

Schumer is now promoting her new book, “The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo”.

In the meantime, Schumer is keeping busy with promotions for her new book and stand up tours. Meanwhile, Schumer appears to have cancelled a Long Island book talk and a Sirius Radio appearance Thursday.
