Fake ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ cocaine sent Jonah Hill to hospital

“If you ingest that much matter into your lungs you’ll get very sick, and we were literally doing fake coke for, like, seven months, every day”, Hill said. I had to be hospitalised.

“I don’t think I would have broken into entertainment or the film world without starring in movies like that”, said Hill.

Only in this case, Hill’s fake coke wasn’t your usual dealer’s choice potpourri of detergent, creatine, and cattle dewormer.

Jonah Hill appeared on this week’s Any Given Wednesday With Bill Simmons, where the War Dogs star opened up about his time filming the 2013 movie, Wolf of Wall Street – specifically, the toll all the fake drugs he had to take had on his system.

After all, putting a live goldfish might require SOME kind of substance, even if Jonah didn’t actually swallow the poor creature.

“I got bronchitis for three weeks”, he added. However, Hill just revealed that the most hazardous role he has recently played was in 2013’s The Wolf of Wall Street – to the point that he nearly landed in the hospital because of its narcotized mayhem. “I could have lifted a auto over my f-king head!”

But fake cocaine-while admittedly less addictive, less risky, and probably less expensive-isn’t necessarily safe, either.

“I mean, I’d do it again in a second”, he told The Guardian a January 2014.

Jonah Hill has revealed he was admitted to hospital because of the amount of fake cocaine he snorted for his role in The Wolf Of Wall Street.

Soooo… just like if he was on real coke?! You’re an inspiration, Jonah.
