Police also said he hangs out at Cullen and Bellfort, rides a bicycle and that his first name is “Raymond”.

Officers found Kord’s mutilated body inside his Mykawa Auto Parts store Thursday night in the 9100 block of Mykawa near Scarlet. The crime was caught on cameras that were rolling inside the shop.

Police said the man who flagged down the passing HPD patrol auto was a friend of the victim and often visited him at the shop. Friends say Khorsand had befriended Jackson about four years ago and had given the man odd jobs around his store. Because that was him.

Kord is survived by a wife and two children, according to friends.

Friday morning friends stopped by the business hoping to offer comfort to the victim’s loved ones. “It’s sickening saying stuff like that”, Gaston said.

Police said the video shows the suspect committing the crime.
