According to a Jupiter police incident report, the suspect’s mother, Mina Harrouff, called 911 after her son walked away from the restaurant and said that he “was acting unusual the last week or so”.

In a video he recently posted online, Harrouff suggested he may have taken steroids in the past, but said he doesn’t use them now (see his YouTube videos above).

Parents Wade and Mina Harrouff issued a statement Friday expressing their condolences to the Stevens family and their apologies to Fisher “for the pain and suffering caused by Austin”.

We love our son and know that he is not the person some are making him to be for their own purposes. That means he faces the death penalty or life without parole if convicted.

Officers said they found Harrouff on top of Stevens trying to bite his face off, and said they recovered what appears to be human flesh from between his teeth.

Jeffrey Fisher, the neighbor from across the street who tried to help Stevens and Mishcon during the attack “has a long healing process to go through”, according to Stuart resident Mike Conner, who said Fisher is his wife’s brother-in-law.

“There was an enormous amount of violence in that garage”, Mr Snyder said, adding that there was no connection between the couple and Harrouff.

His attorney, Robert Watson, did not immediately return a call and email seeking comment.

The 19-year-old who randomly attacked a couple in Florida in a cannibalistic rage was reportedly wearing a Make America Great Again cap when he did it.

John Stevens IV said his father had been especially excited to attend his granddaughter’s baptism, before the brutal events that occurred Monday night.

He wants prosecutors to seek the death penalty against the attacker.

Harrouff ‘s mother, Mina Harrouff, contacted the authorities on the night of the slayings saying her son had been acting strangely for days and claiming he had superpowers. However, he says the the sheriff’s office won’t get involved until Harrouff is in better condition, so taxpayers don’t have to pay for his hospital stay.

The Florida State University student is now in a “stable” condition in hospital after being tasered repeatedly by police before being subdued by four officers and a K9 attack dog, the Sun reported.

He tested negative for street drugs. Blood tests showed the former high school football player and wrestler had not taken meth-amphetamine, cocaine, heroin or other common drugs.

The younger Stevens says knowing the attacker’s mindset is not “super important” to him.

The family of a 19-year-old man accused of killing two Martin County residents Monday night released a statement Friday. Those results typically take one to three weeks, Snyder said, but he asked to expedite them.
