Condolences from Biden for Serbian dead

At a campaign rally for Hillary Clinton on Monday in Pennsylvania, Mr. Biden said he was visiting several countries in Europe this week to reassure North Atlantic Treaty Organisation members who are anxious that Mr. Trump might not support the alliance if elected president.

Biden, speaking in his hometown on his first campaign stop of 2016 alongside Clinton, sought to appeal to working-class voters, while also blasting the Republican presidential nominee on foreign policy.

The vice president says Trump is “unqualified” to be president, arguing he lacks any kind of foreign policy experience or interest to learn about worldwide challenges. Trump also has frequently praised Russian President Vladimir Putin. “He woulda loved Stalin”.

“If it hadn’t been for the help of America, all Albanians would have been expelled, no one would be left here”, 54-year-old Naser Sojeva said in the village of Sojeve, where Biden and his wife Jill will on Wednesday take part in a ceremony to dedicate the road to Beau. “He is not qualified to know the code”.

“This guy’s shame has no limits”, the vice president said. Biden then brought up his late son, former DE attorney general Beau Biden, who served in Iraq.

“What Hillary is all about is making sure that every one of you, every one of you can look your child and your grandchild in the eye and say, ‘Honey, I mean this sincerely, everything is going to be OK, ‘” Biden told an audience of 3,000 that included his relatives and former neighbors. “I must tell you, had Donald Trump been president I would have thrown my body in front of him”.

US Vice President Joe Biden has said that Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump’s ideas are very risky and un-American while he attacked the billionaire of playing into the hands of Islamic State by his anti-Muslim rhetoric. Hours later, Trump delivered a foreign policy speech in Youngstown, Ohio.

Seselj criticised Biden for encouraging the 1990s North Atlantic Treaty Organisation bombing and said Trump on the other hand was a “friend of the Serbian people”.

Without getting into evaluating Trump’s campaign proposals, Biden emphasized in his speech that the magnate’s ideas are “not only profoundly wrong, they’re very unsafe and they’re very un-American”. They were “worse than I ever imagined”, she said.

Clinton used her remarks Monday to preempt Trump’s criticisms of the administration’s efforts to defeat Islamic State fighters in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and elsewhere.

Clinton took to the stage first and told the crowd when Biden chose to join her on the campaign trail, the first stop on tour was a “no-brainer” because they wanted to come home.

Even as polls show her leading Trump, Clinton has faced lingering questions about her trustworthiness in the fallout of her use of a private email server as secretary of state and over her family’s sprawling foundation.

The first joint appearance of Biden and Clinton was originally scheduled for early July but was postponed following the killing of five police officers in Dallas.
