#MemeOfTheWeek: Picking Better Presidential Candidates … Like A Chicken

WASHINGTON -The presidential election has been a boom for TV ratings – capturing every move made by Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump – but a disaster for channels hoping to cash in on big money political ad spending. In “Hillary Clinton’s America”, it says, “the system stays rigged against Americans”.

The Aug. 14-18 survey showed 42 percent of Americans supported Clinton ahead of the November 8 general election.

Trump then headed into the FOP building accompanied by former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani to address a small group of FOP members, associate and family members where he thanked them for their support, assuring them, “I’m on your side, 1,000 percent”. Almost a quarter of likely voters said they would not pick Clinton or Trump.

Trump’s ad features a different view of Clinton.

The poll found 42 percent of people in the US back Clinton while 34 percent support Trump.

Since late July, Reuters said support for the Democratic presidential nominee has ranged between 41 percent and 44 percent among likely voters. Among alternative-party candidates, Johnson came in third with 7 percent and about 2 percent supported Stein. In Trump’s America, the ad says, borders would be secure and Americans safe.

Clinton continues to face questions about her handling of classified emails while serving as Obama’s secretary of state, while Trump’s off-the-cuff remarks about immigrants, women and Muslims have rankled members of his own party. The Clinton campaign and its main super PAC, Priorities USA, have spent at least $104 million on TV advertising so far.
