For at least this week, Donald Trump playing to win
The Republican nominee’s presidential actions have drawn praise from many, including a Democrat former senator of Louisiana. And in an address Thursday evening, he uncharacteristically volunteered that he regretted some of his caustic comments – though he notably did not specify which ones.

“Unfortunately, it took them two months to figure out that Donald Trump is Donald Trump”, former Trump adviser Barry Bennet said of Manafort and his team. He said that he has regretted his words especially those that may have caused pain.
These three states have a total of 37 electoral college votes and these additional votes have take her tally to a total of 273 electoral votes surpassing the minimum 270 electoral votes to win the White House.
And she joined Trump in calling out the pair of Democrats.
Weary Republican leaders are accepting Donald Trump’s latest staff shake-up, hopeful that a new leadership team can reverse the NY businessman’s struggles even as some worry it’s too little too late. If his previous attempts at a “pivot” are any indication, the odds are low. He is supposed to be close to Trump despite leaving the campaign last August.
The grim reality for the businessman is that it may not be enough to help him make up the significant ground he’s lost.
Out of time to build a campaign to match Clinton’s, the team at Trump Tower will by necessity focus on a broad messaging effort to capture the attention of voters and try to highlight Clinton’s shortcomings. Trump, meanwhile, has made little effort to reach out to new voters or capitalize on Clinton’s vulnerabilities, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation director’s criticism of her email practices. The hope is that Trump can avoid the missteps that have defined his campaign since the end of the conventions, including a public feud with an American Muslim family whose son was killed while serving in the military in Iraq.
Campaigns are allowed to appoint poll watchers on Election Day to observe the process for irregularities but Trump’s remarks are divisive and could lead to potential conflicts between voters.
The tycoon used his reality television profile as well as both traditional and new media to dominate coverage and clinch the nomination, Mr Moran said at a USA politics event at the Festival of Politics, held at the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh.
Pierson went on to say that Clinton, who has not held a press conference this year, should hold a press conference to answer questions about her health and a long list of non-medical questions.
But the businessman’s willingness to at least entertain a new approach at this stage of the campaign suggests he’s not ready for that vacation just yet. On Friday the campaign released its first ad of the general election, a spot that plays heavily on Americans fears’ about undocumented immigrants, most of whom are Latino. But Clinton gets into the details at her events, plugging registration and urging people to cast absentee ballots.
Mr Moran said Mr Trump would not win the election but warned the candidate could do long-term damage by alienating Latino voters who are turned off by Mr Trump’s inflammatory remarks on illegal immigration. Even the new campaign manager for Donald Trump, our friend Kellyanne Conway, has said that Donald Trump is indeed the underdog. Bannon’s hiring was seen as a signal Trump would double-down on some of his more controversial impulses, though that hasn’t proven to be the case in the first few days of their new partnership. He has been a harsh critic of the Republican party establishment and has encouraged Trump to run as himself, an outsider with a strong populist message and appeal.
Kellyanne Conway, Trump’s new campaign manager said that she will improve Trump’s campaign message.
Conway, in an interview on ABC, insisted it’s Trump who is driving the reboot.
