During the Gamescom 2016, Bandai Namco has released a new promotional trailer and several new screenshots for its Dragon Ball XenoVerse 2 title, sequel to the fighting game based on the famous manga by Akira Toriyama, that marked its debut past year.

New Local and Online Battles: “Fight through new, classic, and team battles with up to 6 players, including characters from Dragon Ball Super”. According to Gematsu, some of the other features in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 includes the introduction of different enemies and timelines from the Dragon Ball franchise, a bigger Conton City compared to Toki Toki City, a lot of fights, character customization, and free updates and new content for an entire year following launch. Ki Blasts behave very differently in this game and players can expect to see an interesting new Dash System which can counter the returning Homing Dash ability. The game will also have some smooth graphics. It allows up to six players to battle “giant NPC bosses”, and if done right, can really showcase the absurdity of Dragon Ball in general.
Players have a new character to look forwards, Bandai Namco have released new screenshots from the game which confirms that Majin Vegeta will be in the game.

No more information about this mode has been revealed so far but it’s an upgrade over the three player co-op that was featured in the first game. It will be released on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One on October 25, October 28 in Europe and worldwide for PC.
