Trump’s campaign chairman Manafort resigns
“Under his plans, Donald Trump would pay a lower tax rate than middle-class families”, she said. “Now you look at [new campaign manager Kellyanne Conway] and some of the other people we’re bringing in, and they’re absolutely fantastic”.

“What has become clear from this is that no matter how much the establishment wants to clean Donald Trump up, get him on a TelePrompTer and get him on message, he has officially won the fight to let Trump be Trump”.
Meanwhile, Steve Bannon, chairman of Breitbart News, is leaving his post temporarily to serve as the Trump campaign’s CEO. The conservative Breitbart figure has been a cheerleader for Trump’s campaign for months and was critical of Republican leaders, including Ryan. The departure of the smooth-talking seasoned strategist, who has advised Republican presidential candidates going back to Gerald Ford, follows weeks of Trump missteps that have flung his White House campaign into crisis. After the recent promotion, she will take on the role of campaign manager.
“I think it’s fair to say that Donald Trump has shown us who he is, he can hire and fire anybody he wants from his campaign”. Nonetheless, many people view the changes in the campaign’s leadership as a direct insult toward Manafort.
When Lewandwski was sacked in June, Manafort attempted to rein in some of Trump’s most controversial actions.
Trump’s speech on Thursday night, echoing remarks earlier in the week in Wisconsin, reached out to minority voters and accused Clinton of being dishonest.
CNN states that Bannon, “known for his brass-knuckled demeanor and his website’s sharp tone”, will be an extremely beneficial advisor for Trump as he prepares for upcoming debates.
Manafort has denied the allegations – first made in the New York Times on Monday – that he received cash payments worth more than $12 million over five years that were itemised on secret ledgers belonging to Yanukovich’s Party of Regions. The father-daughter duo is now providing financial support to a “Super PAC” against Clinton. Instead of working to broaden his appeal, Trump has largely hewed to the large rallies and attention-grabbing comments that appealed to the party base. “I am very appreciative for his great work in helping to get us where we are today”, he added.

Bannon, once recognized by Bloomberg Politics as the “most risky political operative in America”, will oversee the campaign staff and operations in addition to strategic oversight of major campaign initiatives in addition to working with Manafort.
