Coach K goes, Pop arrives for US hoops team in transition

“I got so much knowledge that I’ve learned so far and I still got some more time to continue to learn, but I would love to be a part of a franchise, and if I’m fortunate enough financially to have my own team, that would be awesome”.

James hinted at possibly returning to the Olympics after sitting out the Rio Games and his reason for coming back to play for Team USA in Tokyo has to do with who’s coaching the team – San Antonio Spurs’ Gregg Popovich.

By all accounts, http://uproxx.com/topic/lebron-james/ is having an wonderful offseason to cap off his incredible 2015-16 National Basketball Association season.

That’s absolutely absurd. A player who’s as conscious of his image as James is would have been well aware of the ridicule that would have been sent his way if he wore a shirt with the same name as the team he just lost to.

In May, the Hollywood Reporter broke the news that director Justin Lin had been tabbed to oversee the project.

In a recent interview with Business Insider’s Alyson Shontell, James finally opened up about Durant’s decision to move from the Midwest out to the Bay Area of Northern California. My [reaction] was no different from the average person who doesn’t know basketball to the person who watches it or covers it every day.

How does Durant’s move compare to James’ two moves? Even though it’s probably closer to his first decision, in which he chose to jump ship and join the Miami Heat, I suppose the argument could be made that it is different. “I gotta hire a president, a GM, a coach, things of that nature, but it would be great”. “Our league is very competitive”. It’s different from Shaq leaving Orlando and going to the [Los Angeles] Lakers. So I think every decision is different, and how much you have invested in that player, I guess, or how much you feel for that player is how you’re going to react.

James could always just say that it was a coincidence, and that observers are simply projecting something onto the situation that isn’t actually there. He returned home to Cleveland four years later and brought the city it’s first ever championship this summer.
