The Los Angeles event was attended by Ocean’s mother and brother.
Earlier this week, Ocean dropped a visual album, Endless.
“Blonde” is 45 minutes and 17 tracks long, joining a growing list of artists including Kayne West and Drake that have released 15-20 track albums, in part to take advantage of a flaw in Billboard chart rules that combine individual song streams to calculate the chart position of and total sales of an album.
The album is also available to download on iTunes now. The album’s artwork was shot by Wolfgang Tillmans, whose track “Device Control” features on Endless.

“I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE MAKING ALL OF THIS”, he wrote on Saturday night. While the credits aren’t included on Apple Music just yet, the reclusive singer called on the likes of Kanye West, Beyonce, Andre 3000, Jazmine Sullivan, Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, the Creator, James Blake, Pharrell Williams, Rick Rubin, and even the late Davide Bowie to lend their musical prowess. He set the bar extremely high with his first release which won him two Grammy Awards, and he needed to live up to that expectation with his second album. The video, meanwhile, is a torrent of surreal imagery including a rapping chihuahua, a man clambering over theatre seats while dressed as Satan, naked backsides covered in glitter and Ocean rolling around a stage dressed in white.
