“At this point complacency is the number one thing the campaign is watching for”, said one former Clinton aide. He’s holding a campaign rally in Jackson, Miss., on Wednesday. Trump continues to do his best with white voters, but he struggles with African American voters in OH – as in other states – and in what has amounted to trouble for him in other states like Arizona and Florida, he does poorly with Hispanic voters. Her support has grown from 44% in May and July to 46% now, while Trump remains at 40%. But Trump has had a rough two weeks, and has now shaken up his campaign staff.

“The dramatic shift in investor confidence away from Trump coincides with his declining poll and favorability ratings since the national conventions ended a few weeks ago”, said Kyle Dropp, co-founder and chief research officer at Morning Consult, a Washington-based media and technology company. Trump himself predicted this week that he would be “Mr. Brexit” this fall. His campaign just launched its first general election TV ad last week, saying it planned to spend $4.8 million on a 10-day ad buy in Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida.

This is the only state in recent polling that doesn’t show Clinton with an outright lead. This is why Trump and Clinton are the two most unpopular presidential nominees in history.

“This new team will be very, very aggressive”.

Bannon and Conway will work forcefully to turn voters against Clinton.

By comparison, Clinton’s main super-PAC pulled in more than $9 million in July, and finished the month with over $38 million cash on hand heading into the final three months of campaigning before the November 8 election. On Saturday, the Republican presidential nominee assured supporters at a rally in Virginia that he and the GOP are up to the task. “And we know that once you start identifying people by racial group – or Muslims by religion – you start that circle it tends to come back around and smack black voters in the face pretty quickly”, Simmons said. Clinton has aggressively pursued those voters throughout her campaign. Trump thanked Boyle for his service. “She’s a mess, a total mess”, Trump told radio host Hugh Hewitt. If he got 25 percent of the vote from black Americans, it would be remarkable. “You have no jobs – 58 percent of your youth is unemployed”, Trump said on Friday in Dimondale, Mich., a mostly white community near Lansing.

In response to Trump’s speech, Clinton tweeted: “This is so ignorant it’s staggering”.

Donald Trump addressed a crowd in Fredericksburg, Va., on Saturday night, and discussed one of the new features apparent in his campaign. In July, FBI director David Comey recommended against prosecuting Clinton, but called her use of a private email server “extremely reckless”. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, that was sent to congressional offices.

The Clinton campaign also endured fresh criticism about the Clinton Foundation, after it announced at the end of the week that it would bar donations from corporate and foreign officials if Clinton is elected.

“Donald Trump never misses an opportunity to miss an opportunity”, said Whit Ayres, a GOP pollster who worked for the campaign of U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla.

“If the Republicans are spending their time attacking and fighting each other, it gives you a little bit more liberty to go out there and articulate your message”.

Republican pollster Greg Strimple said that’s not just spin. “Honestly, I don’t think she’s all there”. “It nearly seems seizure-esque to me. violent, out-of-control movements on her part”, Hannity said. And so far, Hillary Clinton is winning.

“I look forward to it”, the senator from Vermont said in an interview. The numbers for Clinton – who very quickly tweeted that Trump’s MI comments were “so ignorant it’s staggering” – were almost completely flipped.
